トルタ ディリーゾの由来は 1500 年頃、エミリアロマーニャ州ボローニャ市のフェスタ デッリ アドッビ（装飾の祭典）のために作られたのが発祥です。この祭では、街がカラフルなカーテンや花輪でドレスアップし、裕福な家族が食べたり飲んだりするために陽気な気持ちで自宅の扉を開けて人々を招待したようです。

米の育て方の改善とモンディーネ (田植え女) の仕事のおかげで、1800 年末頃、トルタ ディ リーゾは労働者階級のデザートになりました。

砂糖漬けやチョコレートチップス、アマレッティやリキュールなどなど、何を入れてもトルタディリーゾは完璧なスイーツに仕上がります！

A creamy and fragrant cake made with rice cooked in milk and flavored with candied fruit or liqueur.

Torta di riso has origins around 1500, when in Bologna is made the cake par excellence for the Festa degli addobbi (Festival of decorations): a celebration where the city dressed up with colorful draperies and garlands of flowers, and wealthy families left their doors open inviting people to eat and drink in a gesture of conviviality.

With the growing demand for rice and thanks to the work of the mondine, around the end of 1800 Torta di riso becomes a dessert for the working class.

Whether with candied or chocolate chips, macaroons or liqueur, Torta di riso accompanies meals flawlessly!
