山で生まれ、その地方の特徴を表すデザート。
素朴でユニーク、そば粉のローストのような風味とベリージャムの甘酸っぱさのコントラストのおかげで、一口で勝ちます。

そば粉は穀物ではなく種であり、常に北イタリアの地域、特にトレンティーノ・アルト・アディジェ州と結びついています。ここでは、気候と標高のせいで柔らかい小麦が栽培するのが困難でしたが、そばが日常の料理の主人公となっています。

A true mountain cake, a dessert that is born at high altitude and shows the frank character of its lands.

The protagonist is buckwheat which, despite its name, is not a cereal. It is a seed, always linked to the areas of Northern Italy, particularly Trentino-Alto Adige. Here, where soft wheat grew with difficulty due to the climate and altitude, buckwheat has become the protagonist of everyday cuisine.
