コーヒー、マルサラ酒とラム酒に浸したレディフィンガークッキー生地となめらかな100%イタリア産マスカルポーネチーズクリームを交互に重ねて層を作り、表面にココアパウダーをふりかけた大人向けのスイーツです。

正しい由来は不明ですが、一説によると1800年末から1900年初頭の間、北イタリアのある売春宿のマダムが「サービス」の終わりに顧客を元気にするために作られたそうです。

力を与える材料(コーヒー、マスカルポーネチーズ、卵黄など)で作られているので、ティラミスはイタリア語で「私を引っ張り上げて / 励まして / 元気づけて」という意味を持っています。

かつて貧しい人々のデザートがレストランやペストリーショップで広まっていき、そのシンプルさと繊細さのおかげで、世界で最も愛されているイタリアのデザートとなりました。

A spoon dessert composed of layers of ladyfingers dough soaked in coffee, Marsala and Rum, alternating with a delicious 100% Italian Mascarpone cream, all finished with a thick sprinkling of cocoa.

The origins of this sweet are uncertain but rather recent. One of the versions tells that between the end of 800 and the beginning of 900, it was prepared in Northern Italy by a Madam of a brothel to invigorate customers at the end of the "service".

The name Tiramisu means in fact "lift me", and the ingredients used (such as coffee, mascarpone, and yolks) are all very energetic.
